All-in service providers for modular buildings
VDL De Meeuw does not consider itself merely a construction company that realises modular buildings on request. Of course, this is perfectly possible. However, we go a few steps further. We are more of an all-in service provider that offers housing as a service: Building-as-a-Service (BaaS). Because we can flexibly adapt our buildings, we even speak of flex-goods-as-a-service. For each project, we offer multiple additional services and financial collaboration formulas, focused on our sectors of housing, healthcare, education, entrepreneurship and housing.

As with any traditional construction company, each collaboration starts with the realisation of a modular building – temporary, semi-permanent or permanent – that meets all functional, technical and architectural requirements.

Additional services
We then go a few steps further. If desired, we take care of the entire property management, all preventive maintenance and repairs. This total service applies to both the buildings and the external infrastructure. As a client, you ultimately pay for the enjoyment of use, which is what it is really all about.

Possible cooperation formulas
We also offer customized solutions for possible cooperation formulas. In addition to a classic investment story with transfer of ownership, renting is also a possibility.
